Our client is a fast-growing PE Backed Wealth Management business seeking a CFO to be crucial partner to the CEO and key member of the board, including full responsibility for the finance function and a broad remit across the organisation. The business is forecast to double their EBTIDA through strategic acquisitions and integrations whilst also grow their international presence.

The CFO will be integral to defining the future strategic direction of the business and ensuring their continued growth and success. As the right hand to the CEO with full responsibility for leading the finance function and a broad operational remit, you will be professionalising, leading and implementing all controls, processes and procedures to drive growth for the business and oversee their effective acquisitions and integrations strategy.

The ideal candidate:

• A qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/ACMA), preferably chartered.
• Experience in working as a CFO in a PE Backed Wealth Management, Fund Management, Financial Services and or related sectors.
• A track record of implementing and improving IT systems, accounting processes and management information and financial reporting is a must.
• Be proactive and entrepreneurial with exceptional interpersonal skills, and be a skilled communicator.
• Ability to mentor and motivate the finance team.
• Experience of acquisitions and integrations.
