We are actively seeking a Credit Controller for a well established company in the Wigan area.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a very successful business on a permanent basis.
The main duties include:
- Chasing of outstanding debtor balances by telephone & letter
- Recording of daily cheques and posting to the sales ledger
- Credit checking potential customers & opening of new accounts
- Account reconciliation
- Investigating and resolving queries
- Raising of credit notes and manual invoices
- Processing the monthly debtor statement run
- Producing a month end & debtor day report for senior management
- Assisting with Bad Debt / Credit Note provisions and write offs at year end
Our client is looking for a candidate who has:
- Credit Control experience
- Good Excel skills
- Excellent communication skills
- The ability to maintain good customer relationships
