The main duties include:

• Chasing of outstanding debtor balances by telephone & letter
• Recording of daily cheques and posting to the sales ledger
• Credit checking potential customers & opening of new accounts
• Account reconciliation
• Investigating and resolving queries
• Raising of credit notes and manual invoices
• Processing the monthly debtor statement run
• Producing a month end & debtor day report for senior management
• Assisting with Bad Debt / Credit Note provisions and write offs at year end

Our client is looking for a candidate who has:

• Credit Control experience
• Good Excel skills
• Excellent communication skills
• The ability to maintain good customer relationships
