The successful candidate will an integral part of the global compliance team and be expected to provide strategic direction to the EU regulatory teams as well as supporting the global compliance leadership outfit.

You will be responsible for the firms Dutch AIFM and other regulated vehicles overseeing compliance and risk management for the UK AIFM, including possible consolidation and post-Brexit exit strategies. This role also encompasses business as usual compliance activities.

The ideal candidate will have a strong educational background with a proven track record in a senior compliance position within a real estate organisation. Having an existing European remit will be essential. Furthermore, you will be able to demonstrate strong leadership skills and an entrepreneurial spirit. You will be a strong minded individual with the ability to challenge and be challenged.
