Role - Commercial Finance Manager Location - Blackpool Salary - Between £60,000 and £67,000 + benefits

Marks Sattin are currently recruiting for a fast-growing leisure organisation in their search for a Commercial Finance Manager to work out of their Blackpool based office.

The successful candidate will need to be ACA/ACCA or CIMA qualified and have previous experience of working within a commercially focused role. The capability to build strong working relationships throughout a business is crucial and the Commercial Finance Manager will be expected to challenge Operational Management. Excellent Excel skills are a must and any exposure to PowerBI would be preferable although not essential. A track record of delivering on commercial strategies is critical as is demonstrating the ability to increase margins, reduce costs, increase profitability etc. Key duties for the Commercial Finance Manager role will involve the following:

  • Drive and deliver key financial target
  • Pricing analysis and formulating pricing strategy
  • Budgeting and forecasting
  • Cashflow forecasting
  • Analysis of profitability, sales, margins, costs etc.
  • Business partner and offer advice to the Senior Management Team
  • Improve the data and systems within the organisation
  • Manage a small commercial team

Salary for the role is anywhere between £60,000 and £67,000 + benefits
