Our client is seeking a Senior Corporate Finance Analyst and or an Assistant Manager Corporate Finance as their pipeline continues to development strongly with further career growth and opportunity abound.

Expectations of the role:

• Lead, execute and drive the completion of board Corporate Finance engagements, ensuring projects and deals are delivered on time and to the highest standards.
• Analyse and advise on new and current deal pipeline - Reviewing financial data, creating detailed financial models and providing in depth actionable insights to create value for our clients and set them up for further success.
• Mentor, coach and inspire our junior trainees, sharing your knowledge and helping them grow into future leaders within the firm.
• Collaborate and Communicate effectively focusing on building long term robust relationships with clients and colleagues, ensuring seamless project delivery.
• Continuously develop your skills in Corporate Finance and Client Relationship, challenging yourself and those around you - Staying up to date with the latest industry trends
• Express yourself in terms of voicing your opinion with your colleagues in a positive manner in terms of deals and outcomes of your analysis.
• There is a sector agnostic approach to the work that our client focuses on and is developed and delivered on a platform of excellent engagement, delivery and long term relationship in the Domestic and Global market.

About and For you!

The successful candidate will be ACA, ACCA, CIMA or CPA Qualified and have gained at least 1 years post qualified experience ideally within Corporate Finance however strong Audit profiles will be very much considered.
