Marks Sattin are delighted to be partnered with a leading Accountancy & Finance firm, where their Corporate Finance team are looking to recruit a Assistant Manager into the team based in Milton Keynes.

Focussed primarily on financial due diligence and lead advisory services, the successful candidate will provide clients with first class service in end-to-end financial due diligence, financial modelling and reporting accountant engagements, with clients drawn from a variety of different industry sectors.

Key Responsibilities of the Role:-

  • Analysing, reviewing and commenting on historical and forecast trading results and trends;
  • Production of written reports within agreed timescales;
  • Analysis of historical and forecast income statements, cash flow statements and balance sheets
  • Assistance in preparing proposals for work
  • Assistance in the development and execution of business development initiatives

Key Experience required to fulfil the Role:-

  • ACA/ACCA or CFA Qualified
  • Delivering results and meeting client expectations
  • Financial analysis with both a strong focus on detail and an ability to see the bigger picture
  • Excellent written English including report writing
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Experience of financial due diligence is helpful but not essential
  • Advanced Excel, PowerPoint and Word skills

This is a great opportunity for a first time mover out of Audit looking to get into Advisory.
