Marks Sattin are currently working with a specialist manufacturer based in Dewsbury for the role of Credit Controller/Accounts Receivable clerk! This role will oversee the Credit Control/Accounts Receivable for the company and report into a Finance Manager.

This role will be split between Credit Control/Accounts Receivable, while also helping the wider team with Credit Card reconciliations, expenses and AP Cover!

For this role, they are looking to pay up to £26,000 and will allow some flexibility around working from home but this is a predominately office based role!

Responsibilities of the role include:

• Raising the final sales invoices off the ERP system - ERP system generates the we just post to ledger, send to customer
• Input invoices on to two customer portals.
• Post cash
• Review and chase overdues - ledger approx. 100 customers for 3 sites, approx. balance varies between £1m and £3m.
• Other occasional duties eg employee expenses, Credit card etc.

This role is a permanent role, and they are looking to hire at short notice!
