-) Significant experience as Digital Director, Head of Digital, Digital Transformation Director, Digital Transformation Manager, Digital Programme Director, Digital Programme Manager or similar

-) It is essential to come from a retail, highly commercial or similar environment where technology & digital is embraced as an important business enabler for growth

-) Experienced in complex multi-brand multi-site environments, you will have had responsibility for budgets £10M+

-) It is also key to have experience working with dedicated in-house development teams

-) Experienced in leading & managing teams with passion, enthusiasm & innovation

-) Experienced in fit for purpose methodologies & processes with proven track record of successful delivery & benefits realisation

-) Experience of working in high-transactional, multi-brand, digital (web, mobile, apps, e-commerce) businesses

-) Experienced in delivery of digital products across different brands

-) Leading, managing & testing digital platform environments to ensure functionality, reliability, data integrity & security
