Marks Sattin are currently recruiting a 12 month FTC for a E-Billing Assistant on behalf of a well established International Law firm business based in Leeds City Centre - offering hybrid working.

Duties will include:

  • Preparing bills, credit notes, proformas
  • Dealing with general enquiries for a defined group of partners and/or clients
  • Liaising closely with partners, other fee earners and Revenue Co-Ordinators to help control unbilled time/costs and maximise billing
  • Ebilling invoices to client systems or emailing if required
  • General housekeeping and daily matter management
  • Liaising with the Billing Manager to make sure they are aware of any issues arising in order to maintain service flow.
  • Other duties relate to accounts as assigned by Management

The successful candidate will;

  • Have experience working within Billing or using an Elite billing system (3E experience would be an advantage)
  • Have previous legal knowledge/law firm background is preferable
  • Be experienced in billing in multi currencies Internationally - desirable
  • Have excellent communication skills, both written and oral
  • Team player
  • Be highly organised & efficient, with a strong focus on service delivery
  • Have a high level of attention to detail
  • Flexible and adaptable
  • Assertive and professional

Salary is up to £33,000 depending on your level of experience (E-Billing experience will be considered at the top end of the salary)

12 month FTC

Hybrid working options

Leeds City Centre offices

Working hours are 9:30am-5:30pm

25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
