Start your job searchRecruitment consultants are sales people and we are on the look out for experienced sales professionals, negotiators and account managers to join our teams across London, Manchester, Leeds, Birmingham, Reading, Surrey and Dublin.
If you have experience in B2B sales, business development, negotiating, account management, cold calling or candidate management, then recruitment may be the perfect career for you. You will be able to bring knowledge and experience to a fast paced sales environment with the opportunity to fast track your earning potential and career progression.
We have an award winning training and development team, who conduct training sessions with all our experienced sales professionals. You will learn the following: candidate sourcing and management, recruitment delivery, client and account management, business development, winning new business and winning a retainer.
Responsibilities:
- Developing an expert knowledge of the specific industry sector
- Screening and registering candidates
- New business development through a variety of BD techniques
- Identifying and following business leads and opportunities
- Managing existing candidate and client relationships
- Proactive candidate sourcing through headhunting and networking
- Writing and placing recruitment adverts for vacancies
