I've been engaged exclusively by a global logistics firm to recruit a Finance Assistant for their team on a permanent basis. Joining a high growth business at such a pivotal time you will play a key role in supporting the US finance function.

Reporting directly into the Finance Manager you will be directly involved in both AP/AR functions.

Key responsibilities:

• Assisting with projects and analysis
• Intercompany monthly closing activities and month end tasks
• Cashflow reporting and margin reviews
• Invoice processing
• Reconciling supplier statements
• Payment runs
• Weekly aged debt reporting
• Allocating cash
• Chasing payments
• Resolving queries

The ideal candidate will Part Qualified ACCA/CIMA/AAT or Qualified by Experience. You must have intermediate Excel skills and proven track record in an AP role or similar. You will be personable, detail orientated and switched on.
