Marks Sattin is working in partnership with an SME based in Bristol within the insurance industry to recruit a Finance Assistant. This is a 12-month part-time (C.22 hours) FTC with a potential opportunity to go permanent.

The role would be a Finance Assistant, providing support to Financial Controller, working with them on a day-to-day basis processing invoices and assisting with Month End tasks.

This role will be paying £27k dependent on experience (Pro Rata).

Finance Assistant Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Daily Cash/Bank Entries
  • Preparation of supplier payments.
  • Calculating interest on loans
  • Preparation of investor payments
  • Assisting with Month End tasks

The ideal candidate will be:

  • Use of Sage
  • Immediately available
  • Ideally worked within the insurance industry.
