The Position:

As the Finance Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the business unit leads with comprehensive, professional, and valued finance expertise to drive strategic decision-making and business development. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Partnering closely with business leaders to understand revenue and investment drivers, address commercial challenges, and translate them into consistent forecasting
• Ensuring consistency between long-term forecasting, annual planning, and monthly forecasting to support strategic decisions
• Leading regular financial project reviews to effectively manage cash flow, maximize profits, and optimize working capital requirements
• Providing finance support for cost management, budgeting, and any other finance-related aspects
• Presenting monthly P&L reports to department leads, highlighting key risks and opportunities, driving value, and following up on action items
• Supporting the budget and planning process to create a sustainable and credible plan for the business unit
• Ensuring governance and approval policies are effectively communicated and adhered to
• Driving progression and improvement of technology to create efficiencies and accessible data for decision-making

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

• Business Partnering experience in a global firm and be a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA/CA)
• Business partnering expertise and strong presentation, analytical, people management, communication, and organization skills
• Proven ability to be a problem solver, provide recommendations and solutions to challenges, and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.
