Role - Finance Transformation Manager Location - Manchester Salary - Up to £65,000 with additional benefits

Marks Sattin are currently recruiting for a world-leading leasing organisation in their search for a Finance Transformation Manager to work out of their Manchester based office with occasional travel to Europe. This role also offers a hybrid working model.


The successful candidate will need to be ACA/ACCA or CIMA qualified and have previous experience of working for a multinational organisation. The ability to help improve process and procedures over a number of different entities is essential and any exposure to working on a systems implementation would be a distinct advantage. Excellent technical accounting skills are preferred and a background of IFRS reporting would be highly beneficial. The key duties for the Finance Transformation Manager position will include the following:

• Assist in leading a systems implementation throughout Europe
• Standardise and automate the annual financial reporting process
• Partner with the business to look at improving processes and controls
• Implement digital solutions to save time performing basic accounting tasks
• Identification of risks and opportunities
• Ensure all processes implemented are audit proof
• Ad-hoc project work

Salary for the role is up to £65,000 benefits
