Finance Workstream Lead £550 - £650



A leading Banking Group is seeking to recruit a Finance Workstream Lead to work on a large scale change programme, in essence becoming a subject matter expert for transactional scope, segregation, transition and separation.



Responsibilities include:



- Planning - Work with the Data and Functional Architect, Finance and Technology representatives



- Design - Work with the product work stream leads and devise the Finance approach for segregation, transition and separation



- Business Analysis - Analyse and document the scope and scale of the programme’s impact on Finance processes and systems, in terms of segregation, transition and separation



- Data analysis - Work with the Data & Functional Architect and the data population provided, in co-operation with product work stream leads and Finance SME’s/BA’s. Ensure regular data reporting exercises have repeatable processes in place.



- Programme Reporting - Provide progress and update information in line with agreed governance model and PMO requirements



The ideal candidate will have had significant Project Management, Technology and Business Change Management experience in the past. In addition experience of Finance functions and Technology in an investment banking environment is essential. Knowledge of business process mapping is desirable.
