Marks Sattin currently are currently working with a leading Insurance company based in North Leeds, for the position of Financial Accounts Assistant.

The client is looking for a Financial Account Assistant with CASS experience, to join their busy accounts team. Within this role they will be responsible for the maintenance and reconciliation of client accounts of their Insurance company Ledger to ensure compliance with Client Money Rules.

Experience of working with Client Money is essential for this role.

For this role, they will pay up to £35,000 for the right candidate and will also offer hybrid working!

Your responsibilities will include

• Entering daily client receipts.
• Maintaining cashbooks.
• Perform daily bank reconciliations.
• Accurate maintenance of client account records.
• Monitor unallocated receipts including account reconciliation.
• Processing of Client Premium Finance Agreements.
• Perform Client Money Calculations
• Report on aged debtors.
• To co-ordinate month end procedures and balancing
• Use of Microsoft Excel.
• Ensure compliance with FCA rules.
• To ensure that you treat customers fairly, in accordance with the FSA's TCF principles
