Financial Analyst

Fantastic new opportunity with telecommunications provider supporting the development, maintenance and review of Assurance & Insight reporting and processes within thier finance team.

Your duties will include:

• Development and maintenance of recurring Revenue Assurance reporting
• Analysis of wholesale -vs- retail usage volumes to identify potential revenue leakage
• Liaising with 3rd party providers and internal departments to ensure resolution of issues identified
• Identifying reporting gaps and create new reports to close
• Analysis and interpretation of reporting to provide insight and drive improvements
• Creation and distribution of reporting and financial analysis for revenue impacting issues
• Identifying revenue risks and take ownership for coming up with solutions to resolve
• Presentation of findings to relevant internal stakeholders
• Reporting on revenue recovery performance for both internal and external debt collection processes
• Reviewing and updating relevant functional processes on an ongoing basis

Knowledge, Experience, Skills:

• Advanced Excel skills
• Strong attention to detail, analytical and highly numerate
• Proven track record in data analytics environment
• Experience using data visualisation tools (e.g. MicroStrategy, Tableau)
• Ideal candidate will have practical experience in one or more of following areas: revenue assurance, data analysis, billing, collections
• Knowledge of telecoms is an advantage
