Start your job searchMarks Sattin Executive Search is currently working with a HNW Family Office, searching for a Financial Controller who will be responsible for account preparation, financial reporting, and compliance. This role will be based in London, with a hybrid working model.
As financial controller, you will be reporting directly to the CFO and supporting them and the investment teams in the financial activities of the company. You will further provide leadership to all financial and accounting teams more broadly.
This role will see you with full operational responsibility for day-to-day finances, in addition to a wide range of other financial duties. These include, but are not limited to, the preparation of accounts and portfolio valuation for a large number of companies and the creation of tailored account reports for portfolio businesses.
The ideal candidate for this role:
- Must be ACA/ACCA qualified, preferably chartered.
- Familiar with current tax, accounting, and compliance issues.
- Willing to learn relevant information pertaining to new areas as required.
- Ideally with experience of real estate accounting.
