We are working with an exciting global hospitality business who are seeking a driven and ambitious Group Financial Analyst to join the Group Financial Reporting Team. Reporting to the Group Financial Reporting Manager, you'll support the preparation of statutory financial statements, consolidated monthly management accounts, and financial reporting for lenders. The company has seen substantial growth over the last 10 years and are continuing on that trajectory.
Location: Reading - Hybrid

Duties:
Management Accounts:
- Assist with monthly board reporting and quarterly lender reporting.
- Support European finance teams during month-end.
- Manage holding company accounts, consolidations, and intra-group finance.
- Ensure FRS 102 compliance and drive process improvements.
Statutory Reporting:
- Prepare statutory accounts across multiple jurisdictions with Group Reporting.
- Produce disclosures, audit schedules, reconciliations, and year-end support.
Balance Sheet & Controls:
- Prepare key account reconciliations and lead Blackline implementation.
- Support group-wide balance sheet reviews and control processes.
Other Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the consolidated budget process.
- Provide technical accounting support and implement policy updates.
- Assist with ad hoc projects as required by Group Financial Reporting.
Qualifications / Skills:
- ACA/ACCA qualified (or actively studying)
- Experience in external audit or group reporting (preferred)
- Advanced Excel skills (e.g. PivotTables, VLOOKUP, INDEX MATCH, SUMIFS)
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong cross-functional relationships
- Proactive, self-driven, and able to meet tight deadlines
- Skilled in influencing change and improving financial processes
- Committed to personal growth and supporting team development
