Start your job searchMy client is a well-respected Real Estate Investment Manager based in the west end of London. They are looking for a Group FInance Manager to join their team ASAP for an initial 6-month contract. In all likelihood, this would be extended further subject to good performance.
Main duties include but are not limited to:
- Preparation of key consolidated Group reports for delivery to senior management, including monthly management accounts, quarterly forecasts, annual budgets etc,
- Detailed variance analysis and reporting for year-to-date results vs. forecasts,
- Interpret and communicate financial data to non-financial managers across the business,
- Assist the Group Financial Controller with coordination of the annual Group statutory audit and ensure all local statutory audits are conducted and finalised in a timely manner,
- Monthly group cash flow forecasts,
- Liaise with local Group Finance partners across the group to ensure all inter-company transactions are recorded accurately,
- Assist the Group Financial Controller and Head of Corporate Finance on any other ad-hoc projects.
The successful candidate will be:
- ACCA/ACA/ACMA qualified or equivalent with at least 1 years' post-qualified experience in industry (ideally within a Real estate or Investment Management environment) as a Finance Manager or similar management/financial accounting duties,
- IFRS and UK GAAP accounting skills,
- Confident excel skills and knowledge of Hyperion Consolidation System and Microsoft AX Dynamics preferable.
