Marks Sattin are delighted to recruiting a Group FP&A Manager for a Leeds based professional services organisation.

Responsibilities will include:

• Work closely with finance teams and Group Reporting to provide P&L insight and Risk & Opportunities views to Group senior management
• Work closely with finance teams and central UK team to understand key balance sheet and cash flow metrics and provide insight to Group senior management
• Partner with UK central team and market finance teams to understand Capex risks and opportunities
• Prepare regular insight and analysis to support delivery of the budget at a Group and market level, working collaboratively with Group and finance teams
• Assess current and anticipated Group performance by business unit and market to provide monthly short-range outlooks to support business performance management
• Responsible for delivery of the Group budget presentation to Senior Finance stakeholders
• Primary responsibility for P&L interpretation and analysis, working with FP&A and Commercial Finance to understand key drivers
• Partner with Group Reporting to understand and consolidate the Balance Sheet and Cashflow statements into an overall Group view
• Lead and deliver a range of alternative scenarios as part of the budget process
• Lead the implementation of the Group's new FP&A planning tool and work with local and UK FP&A teams to build best practice financial modelling and planning capabilities
• Oversee the maintenance and subsequent retirement of the existing financial planning system
• Ensure the team are engaged and in doing so deliver above stakeholder expectations
• Invest in and mentor the individuals in the team to ensure they progress, meet their career goals and have the capability to deliver more
