Start your job searchA Head of Compliance role with one of London's fastest growing FinTech firms that focuses on SME lending with some of the biggest e-commerce platforms in the world.
They are looking for an ambitious compliance professional with experience either as a Head of Compliance / MLRO or a deputy looking to make the step up. The role also requires strong knowledge of regulatory payment frameworks and experience building compliance frameworks.
The role reports to the CEO and the Board, as well as working with the Head of Transformation and Head of Operations.
The role will hold the SMF 17 function, building compliance frameworks and processes, liaising with and reporting to the FCA, and assess regulatory compliances risk the business is exposed to. As an expanding Fintech they are looking for someone that is not only a strong compliance candidate but someone who is bought into the goals of the business.
As a business they are based in central London in a beautiful modern office building with a roof-top terrace, state of the art gym and spacious pet friendly communal areas. They have a very progressive culture and look after their employees well with frequent social events and regular free lunches. Prioritising people who add value and bring energy to the company.
Their growth has come through increasing their revenue streams through world-renowned e-commerce platforms and tech companies. They have doubled their head count last year to around 150 employees and are currently expanding across Europe (France, Italy, Spain, Germany, and Poland) and soon to be the US.
Remuneration is between £85,000 and £110,000 plus a generous bonus
