Start your job searchAs the Head of HR Operations you will: This is a high profile and challenging role - working collaboratively with the Senior Management team you will help shape the direction of the business.
As an experienced Senior Generalist with Bias for Action, you'll lead and motivate your team. With your open communication and credible decision making, you'll make sure that your area can rapidly Deliver Results on-site, another major Leadership Principle. You'll also balance commercial, business acumen in your leadership, with a fair and pragmatic outlook.
- Own the HR operations function, ensuring timely, accurate, and efficient services to employees and other HR colleagues;
- Advise managers and HR colleagues on local employment practices and compliance while keeping up on emerging employment legislation;
- Coordinate the implementation of HR policies and procedures in the UK, updating local processes as needed;
- Lead the administration of the UK payroll, benefits program, and immigration processes;
- Supervise the management of grievances, performance and disciplinary procedures, flexible working requests, and workplace mediation;
- Collaborate closely with and engage with relevant parties regarding possible unionisation
- Support a range of critical initiatives and advise managers to influence how they lead in a complex and dynamic global work environment.

Qualifications and Experience
- You possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in HR or Employment Law
- Employee Relations and Engagement
- Performance Management, Talent Management and Succession Planning
- Generalist Human Resources
- You have significant Human Resources experience at a management level, ideally within a high-volume, fast-paced and customer-focused environment,
- Solid problem-solving and analytical capabilities; you're able to analyse Human Resources metrics, find root causes and then develop short, medium and long-term plans accordingly,
- You always develop effective working relationships with colleagues, at all levels.
- You demonstrate a proven, hands-on attitude, while remaining flexible and adaptable,
- Demonstrable ability to motivate and positively influence others,
- You possess strong change management, negotiation and influencing skills
