Examples of responsibilities to expect:

• Improve the design of the Operational Risk Management Framework & Risk Register
• Update the Operational Key Risk Indicators (KRI) and MI for key risks in the business and reporting of KRI dashboards
• Create and facilitate Risk and Control Self Assessments (RCSA)
• Identify residual operational risks
• Own the Operational Risk processes & independently lead and undertake specific operational risk related projects and assignments

Candidate Requirements:

• Sufficient years of Operational Risk or Enterprise Risk or Risk & Control experience within corporate banking. Prior experience in a head of role or equivalent would be a plus but not a requirement!
• Risk and Control Self Assessments (RCSA) experience
• Operational resilience experience is desirable but not a requirement
• Able to commute to London office 3 days a week.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to influence management and to lead and work collaboratively across teams
