In this excellent senior role you will be responsible for the operational oversight of over $20bn of private debt style assets.
This unique opportunity will also provide you with a genuine leadership role to access and potentially redesign the target operating model for all the end to end operational processes, at the same time setting the scope of the work done within the team, choosing the systems and reshaping the teams role within the wider business.
The current setup of the team includes a number of responsibilities across a number of areas:
- Loan agency and operations
- Maintaining the investment book of records in V3 and WSO (Wall Street Office)
- Supporting the launch of new products.
- Working closely with investment professionals
- Oversight of all aspects to ensure that private investment transactions (loans, private credit and private equity) are captured, recorded and documented in an accurate and timely manner.
- Review of all legal deal docs to capture the capture of commercial terms via deal tickets
- Distribution of information internally (Treasury, Finance, Funds)
- Ensuring records reflect commercially executed terms in a manner consistent with GAAP.
- Monitoring existing deals and processing waiver requests, reflecting the impact of re-structures.
- Ensuring requisite documents are in place to reflect these activities.
The ideal candidate will have experience in running a operations team ideally with exposure to loans and be able to demonstrate a forwarding thinking approach to change and the target operating model.
