Start your job searchA Private Equity firm with an international investment focus is seeking an Interim CFO to assist the firm with managing the finance and operational running of the business.
This is a very commercial and rewarding role, which will suit a senior finance professional who has extensive experience of working within the Private Equity Asset Management sector.
Responsibilities will include:
- Oversight of accounting and finance for the Funds, GPs, LPs
- Supporting M&A due diligence and transactions
- Tax structuring of disposals and acquisitions and corporate tax
- AIFM & FCA compliance
- Managing external professional relationships
To be considered for this opportunity you must:
- Be a qualified Chartered Accountant or (ACA or similar)
- Have extensive experience of working for a private equity asset manager with direct PE investments
- Be experienced around fund accounting and fund structuring as well as corporate reporting for the management company
- Have M&A Tax structuring experience
- M&A transaction experience highly desirable
- Have a high level of gravitas, and a strong work ethic
Salary £175,000 - £200,000 slaary + Bonus (c. £300,000 compensation all in)
Contract Duration: 12 months
