Marks Sattin are pleased to be working with a leading professional service organisation in Cheshire, to recruit for an Interim Finance Transformation Director, for a business critical project.

Responsibilities

• Lead the successful delivery of a critical change project.
• Provide transformational business change expertise to drive positive outcomes.
• Liaise with key stakeholders across the business to ensure alignment and engagement.
• Drive strategic change initiatives across both the project and the broader organisation.

About you

• Proven experience in a similar project role, demonstrating successful project delivery.
• Hands-on approach with a track record of delivering business change in SME-type organisations.
• Strong leadership skills, capable of inspiring and guiding teams through complex transformations.
• Critical thinking and exceptional problem-solving attributes.
