Interim Management Accountant

£200 - £250 per day

Join this fantastic business who are thriving and are looking to bring on board a Management Accountant in to their Finance team. As this position has been created due to growth, they are looking recruit on an interim basis while the permanent role is recruited and are looking for someone to start ASAP.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a finance business partner to support the wider business
• Calculating, reviewing and posting month end costs to the P&L
• Production of monthly KPI packs that include P&L variance analysis and commentary
• Balance sheet reconciliations, review and sign off
• Support the preparation of annual budgets
• Support the year end audit and accounts process including preparation of tax packs
• Support the cash flow reporting and forecasting cycle including populating daily actuals
• Accountability for three overseas entities involving regular dialogue with the local general manager
• Preparation of month end financial dashboard slides
• Cost centre reporting which includes developing and maintaining good relationships with cost.

Skills and experience required:

• Ideally CIMA or ACCA qualified, but QBE may be considered
• The role will suit someone who is looking to work in a dynamic, fast paced finance team
• Confident with MS Excel and learning new systems
• Large ERP system experience
• Strong communicator as they act as a business partner.
