As an M&A transactions manager you will be responsible for the strategic development & growth of the firm by supporting the execution of their M&A plans from identifying targets through to post-merger integration.

Ideal candidates will be ACA qualified with post qualified experience in TS. Essential skills are experience in transaction services, particularly financial due diligence. You should have the aptitude to understand the broader deal process (legal, commercial, operational) but crucially must be able to conduct detailed financial reviews, liaise with a range of stake holders.
