Start your job searchA leading Professional Services Firm is currently recruiting for their first IT Trainer to join their IT Team on a permanent basis and support on all IT Training activities across the Firm. This is an opportunity to join a newly formed team and put your own stance on the way IT training is delivered. There is also scope to grow with the role and potentially look at building out a team in the long run.
Key responsibilities:
- Being responsible for the delivery of IT training to the Firm
- Creation of IT training material
- Plan, organise, and deliver IT training to the firm
- Working to a flexible 37.5 hour week
- You will support 500+ colleagues with training on core software used by the firm, including Practice Management software as well as Microsoft Office, Microsoft Cloud products and Cisco Unified Comms
- Providing feedback to the IT senior team from training sessions to move the Firm forward
Key skills and experience
- Significant experience drafting and delivering IT training to individuals/groups and producing documentation
- A demonstrable interest in IT is essential
- Excellent communication skills
- Efficient, organised, and understanding
- Good analytical skills
- Team player
- Polite
- Ability to identify risks and solutions in advance
- Ability to question and develop working practices
