A global PR Media agency are currently recruiting for an Italian speaking Accounts Payable Coordinator to come join their team and be responsilble for their Italian ledger.

You will be specifically looking after their Italian ledger and delivering agreed services to all Financial Shared Services Europe business units. You will be responsible for maintaining and improving the relationships across all departments and business unitys and supporting their cost improvement plans.

It is essential you have a working knowledge of the Italian Accounts Payable with holding tax as this is an important part of this position. Furthermore, you will be streamlining and improving current processes within the AP functions, processing and filing invoices, ensuring purchase orders are completed, completing supplier reconciliations as well as dealing with foreign payments and the payment run.
