Marks Sattin are currently representing a law firm in Reading who are looking to add a Legal cashier to their team on a permanent basis.

Experience Required

• Experience within a Legal or other professional services environment
• Experience with invoice processing
• Ability to work in a team and on own
• Ability to adapt to different style of working
• Knowledge of Excel
• Experience with LSC funding (desirable but not essential)
• Knowledge of Elite 3E (desirable but not essential)

Job Type

• Management of invoice processing (high volume) (excluding credit control)
• Dealing with a variety of work and working closely with individuals at all levels within the firm
• Work In Progress Housekeeping
• Management of LSC funding
• Holiday cover for other Accounts roles as needed (including client account, payments from Office Account etc. training will be provided as appropriate)

Ideally you will have had experience in a legal or other professional services environment, who can demonstrate attention to detail, IT literate and the ability to work under pressure.
