Start your job searchMarks Sattin are working with a leading legal law firm that are on lookout for a Legal Cashier to join their busy team based in Leeds.
Where you fit in?
You'll be joining developing fast paced business within a role that offers flexibility in your approach and method of working.
Your role:
- Processing client and office accounts payable, including Foreign, Expert and Counsel's suppliers
- Processing client and office account receipts
- Buying currency and processing Foreign payments via electronic banking
- Supporting International offices multi-currency transactions
- Providing interest calculations on request
- Placing client money on and off deposit as required
- Assist with bank reconciliations on both office and client accounts
- Carrying out divisional client balance reviews
What you need?
You'll need to be the kind of person that can work as part of a team and work automatously in a busy, professional environment. The successful applicant will be computer literate with experience of working in the Finance Function of professional service firms. Experience of working in a Law firm is essential with a minimum of 5 years' working as a legal cashier.
