Marks Sattin are delighted to be recruiting for a proactive and detail-oriented Management Accountant on a 6 month fixed term contract. This role involves managing management accounts, overseeing cost control, and P&L reporting. You will play a key role in forecasting, budgeting, and profitability analysis, working collaboratively to enhance processes and drive automation.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare Month End reports with accuracy and efficiency.
- Manage costs and collaborate with business departments to ensure budget and forecast adherence through monthly reviews.
- Work closely with the Financial Accountant to ensure payments align with cost management and PO processes.
- Lead the annual budget and quarterly forecast processes.
- Assist the Finance Manager and Financial Accountant during external audits and address any arising queries.
About you:
- ACA/ACCA/ACMA Qualified Accountant.
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Strong collaboration and communication abilities.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Positive and proactive, with a keen interest in improving processes and advocating for change.
- A value-driven mindset with a willingness to develop and progress.
