A large, multinational business services company based in Milton Keynes is currently seeking a new Management Accountant to join their fast pace team.

Reporting in to the Financial Controller, responsibilities include:

• Preparation of the monthly management accounts and providing commentaries
• Processing of accounting transactions
• Reconciliation and preparation of P&L and balance sheet
• Analysis and summary of performance compared to budget/forecast
• KPI reporting and analysis
• Provide Input into the preparation of planning tools
• Maintenance of accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and process improvements
• Taking on other responsibilities, projects and analysis to support the wider team and business.

This role is best suited to a qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA or ACA) with strong numerical and communication skills. Candidates should be a good team player with a positive 'can do' attitude, and confidence building processes and procedures.
