An enticing opportunity has arisen to join a fast growing PE-backed multi-site leisure business, with sites internationally, based in Central London.

With a track record of profitable growth, the group has created a new role of Group FD for their leisure division. Reporting to the Group CFO, you will business partner with operations and drive structural change in the finance function.

Responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Lead day to day financial management of the group, ensuring the robust management of working capital and cash.
  • Drive change in structure of the finance function whilst developing reporting systems.
  • Offer sustained commercial insights into business decisions.
  • Preparing reports and budgets

You will need the following experience:

  • A qualified accountant (preferably ACA) with multi site leisure / hospitality experience.
  • Up to date knowledge of UK GAAP (US GAAP would also be an advantage)
  • Proven record of successfully developing financial systems and controls.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Excellent communication (both in terms of reporting and relationship building skills
  • Highly developed analytical and financial skills
  • Strong leadership qualities with a distinct team first mentality
