A leading Multinational Pharmaceutical company in Cork, Ireland are looking for an OTC (Order to Cash) manager to join their SSC team.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment, retention, motivation and development of staff to operate the OTC process
- Resource planning
- Oversight of key OTC processes
- Cash application, pricing adjustments etc.
- Develop, maintain and assess internal controls related to the companies order management and revenue reporting systems.
- Enhance and streamline the OTC, KPI and analytics processes.
- Responsibility for OTC SOX compliance and controls for all international markets.
- Support internal and external Audit.
Key Requirements
- Must have knowledge of Order management , Revenue cycle and accounts receivable processes and procedures
- Good knowledge of Oracle or similar ERP product.
- Must have the ability to formulate OTC strategies and identify trends through analysis of various data.
- Must be proficient with Microsoft tools
- Must be fluent in English, Written and spoken
- 6+ years relevant experience and a BA/BS degree in Finance or related.
- Experience in Biotech or Pharma would be an advantage.
- Experience in a multinational would be an advantage
- Minimum 4-5 years experience in AR / Credit and collections preferably in a Shared Service Centre.
