Job Duties Include:


* Develop business partner relationship with SLT (Senior Leadership Team) to provide complete financial and analytical support to maximize revenues and profitability.
* Deliver commercial financial analysis to drive operational improvement and effectiveness.
* Support commercial decision making process to maximise revenue opportunities and improve margins through cost saving initiates and efficiency improvements.
* Challenge and critically evaluate new business investment proposals.
* Influence strategic decision making process.
* Develop store profitability analysis, identifying key performance measures and advise on strategies to increase store and portfolio profitability.
* Prepare the monthly cash flow forecast.


Candidate Requirements:


* Qualified Accountant (ACCA, ACA, CIMA).
* Experience in leading multi-site growth
* Experience and/or strong understanding of the hospitality industry.
* Strong personality with the ability to work closely with current team, board members, and exterior investors.
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Please note that this is a part-time role for two days a week of your choice.
