Start your job searchMarks Sattin are currently working with a York Based global FMCG organisation to recruit a Senior Payroll and Rewards Manager. This role will act as the payroll expert in the business, collaborating with the Finance, Tax, IT and Pensions teams to deliver flawless Payroll and Reward service to the 6000 + staff.
You will also work in close collaboration with the outsourced payroll shared services provider to ensure a highly accurate and compliant end to end payroll service.
For this role, they are looking to pay up to £65,000 plus car allowance, plus bonus!
The role will also offer hybrid working.
- Coach and develop Payroll team in line with future capability requirements and service delivery expectations.
- Use measures and insight to drive improved performance.
- Manage resources within the team and payroll provider service levels to ensure delivery of SLA's and customer requirements.
- Act as an ambassador for continuous improvement initiatives across the team.
- Ensure compliance to internal and external audit standards, and HMRC requirements.
- Ensure full and timely payroll reconciliation.
- Seek and implement best practices by collaborating with peers internally and externally.
- Supporting the implementation of business change and new initiatives, acting as an advisor on the payroll, reward and system implications of such changes.
