About Us: We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Payroll professional to join a leading manufacturing business located in Coventry, known for their commitment to quality and innovation. The HR/Payroll team is dedicated to producing top-notch products and maintaining a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and manage the company's payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Maintain payroll records and ensure all employee data is up to date.
- Handle payroll queries from employees and resolve any discrepancies.
- Prepare and submit payroll reports to management.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and company policies.
- Collaborate with the HR and finance departments to streamline payroll processes.
- Assist with year-end payroll activities and audits.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Payroll Coordinator or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of payroll procedures and regulations.
- Proficiency in payroll software and MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus.
