The successful candidate must have 5+ years of experience managing risk control frameworks within financial services, ideally within payments, fintech or banking. You must also have root cause analysis experience and be proficient with GRC tools!

Examples of responsibilities to expect:

• Be the go to risk solutions provider for the business teams to ensure risk is embedded into sales and product development processes
• Take ownership & development of the firm's UK risk management framework
• Become the risk point of contact for new product development and system enhancements to ensure risk compliant solution development
• Liaise with Group risk personnel to develop global and consistent best practice for policy and procedure creation and implementation.

Candidate Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience managing risk control frameworks within financial services, preferably within payments (open to fintech & banking).
• Root cause analysis (RCA) experience is a must have!
• Proficient experience with GRC tools.
• Able to work independently when required with an attitude of wanting to make a difference!
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills - "business savvy"
