Start your job searchA global Media production company based in central London is recruiting for a Sales Ledger Manager to join their fast-paced team.
The successful applicant will be responsible for dealing with the entire accounts receivable functions. This role does not have any direct reports but manages the entire function of the Sales Ledger.
Duties will include: invoicing new orders, oversee accrued invoicing process, sales ledger postings, liaising with customers, overseeing and managing the bad debt process, full oversight and management of the sales ledger, running reports and organizing regular meetings with senior members of the Finance team to cover debts and anything outstanding. You will also assist with cash flow forecasting for Budget and reforecast.
Ideally this candidate will have a minimum of 3-4 years' of experience working in a Sales Ledger function. Candidates must have strong knowledge of debits and credits and good organisation skills with the ability to identify and solve problems. Experience within a media background is essential. Proven experience of sole management of the function preferred.
