Location: Southampton
A global leader company specialising in electrical heating and renewable energy are looking for a Sales Order Processor to join their expanding team. They work with leading brands to provide a variety of solutions that are sustainable and efficient. Being a family centred company as well as a leader within this industry, they focus on being innovative, ambitious, and future orientated. They are looking for an individual who will focus on putting the customer at the core of what they do.
£23,000-£24,000
25 days holiday
Early 3pm finish on a Friday.
Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
- Using SAP to record a sales order, ensuring customer needs are fulfilled.
- Ensuring orders are correct.
- Liaising with customers via telephone and email to support them with any queries.
- Raising any problems with the line manager to provide great customer service.
The ideal candidate:
- Drive due to location.
- Experience within data entry role.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office.
- Experience using SAP or similar systems.
