Start your job searchA world-renowned Lloyds of London insurance firm, with lines of business in specialty, property and casualty is looking for an experienced Senior Internal Auditor for their London office.
This is a senior role which reports into the Head of Internal Audit for Europe and has a remit of auditing businesses across Europe and the US, so there plenty of travel involved.
Responsibilities may include but won't be limited to:
- Carrying out ad-hoc internal audit projects.
- Planning out, conducting and reporting internal audit engagement by researching relevant regulatory requirements which apply to the specific project.
- Providing valuable recommendations for improvement to certain functions of the business.
- Supporting the global internal audit team.
What are we looking for in a candidate?
- Qualified with an accounting certification (CA, ACCA, CPA or ACA).
- Holds a bachelor's degree (Accounting or Finance preferred).
- Experienced Internal Auditor
- 3+ years' recent experience in the insurance sector (preferably Lloyds of London)
- A thorough understanding of UK and European regulatory and compliance requirements (such as Lloyd's Principles).
Salary: £75,000 - £85,000 + benefits (dependant on experience levels)
