Marks Sattin are delighted to be working in partnership with a prestigious global legal practice to recruite a Senior International Tax Manager.

Reporting to the Head of Partnership Tax, the Senior International Tax Manager will oversee the international tax compliance processes of the firm globally. This is a unique and exciting new role created following a sustained period of growth and the opening of new offices in several overseas jurisdictions.

Working closely with local finance teams and external tax advisers, the main purpose of the role will be ensuring that all direct compliance processes are efficient and managed within budget. In addition to core responsibilities, there will also be an involvement in planning and advisory matters such as witholding tax and transfer pricing.

In order to be successful you must have an in depth understanding of UK and international direct taxes. Awareness of partnership tax and LLP's is also desirable. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential in order to build strong, trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders in the UK and overseas.
