Responsibilities include:
- End to end management of a diverse range of M&A activity.
- The full evaluation of investment opportunities.
- Working with a variety of Executive level stakeholders across the business to see deals through from conception to completion.
- Helping to devise robust strategic plans for individual business lines.
- Working with the Executive team and Advisory firms to source new deals and opportunities.
- Undertaking of in-depth valuation work and industry analysis.
- Full due diligence of all proposed acquisitions and/or new strategies.
- Presenting to the executive committee, the board, and investors.
- Development of a team of M&A Associates.
Candidate requirements:
- In possession of relevant M&A or Corporate Finance experience.
- Experience gained in from an advisory firm, investment bank, or from an in-house M&A or corporate development team is a must.
- Management of a variety of M&A processes.
- Excellent business partnering experience, with the proven ability to influence at a senior level.
- The ability to work autonomously and to tight deadlines.
- The proven ability to work with highly demanding stakeholders.
- Highly entrepreneurial and commercially minded.
- First class analysis skills.
