Due to the growth and pipeline, they are seeking to add a Senior Manager to their Corporate Finance team and further strengthen their service offering in this space.
Working closely with the Director, the position will be broad and varied but will ultimately manage and lead transactions and M&A engagements and manage the wider corporate finance team and cover larger or more complex transactions. Responsibilities will include managing project timetables and resources, coaching junior team members and be part of a strong management group to help develop business performance overall. They are seeking an ambitious candidate that wants to join a fast growing, dynamic and entrepreneurial team.
This role would suit a qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA) with at least four years post qualification experience and two years in corporate finance. You will have a good understanding of deal structures and good exposure to the private equity and investment market space. You will be highly commercial with exceptional communication skills to work with the wider team and clients. An analytical and strong attention to detail is also needed to succeed in this role. This position is an excellent opportunity for someone to further their corporate finance experience with a firm and role that offers full end-to-end deal and transaction ownership and exposure.
