This is a permanent, full time position and hybrid working is already being supported in the workplace. Key responsibilities include but aren't limited to:

• Managing your own client payroll portfolio
• Liaising with clients to help them with payroll issues
• Building and developing your own client relationships
• Managing 10 direct reports and setting them up for success

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience in managing a payroll team of a similar size
• Previous experience in looking after multiple payroll portfolios
• A payroll qualification
• Accountability and strong managerial skills
