An Independent global financial services company who specialise in offering bespoke solutions to private clients, corporate, employee, funds and Yachts, are looking for a share plan administrator to join their new London office.

They recently opened an office in London back in 2019, so it is important that you already have experience within share plan administrating so you are able to hit the ground running.

They are very open to flexible and remote working, so this role would be perfect for someone who is looking for a role where they can work around home/life commitments, without having to stick to a 9-5 role.

Share Plan Administrator responsibilities:

  • To administer a portfolio of EBT structures (including share warehousing structures and joint share ownership arrangements) focusing on meeting their specific needs and expectations as required. Completing Client Due Diligence efficiently and ensuring client profiles are up to date.
  • To prepare resolutions for the trustee of various EBTs as required and instructions to intermediaries.
  • To assist with on-boarding new clients and on-going reviews of clients.
  • To administer a portfolio of corporate employee share plan accounts for listed companies and private companies via an online portal.
  • To communicate with clients, preferably by phone, and to generally establish a good rapport with both clients and their advisers.
  • To prepare all statutory returns and submissions whilst ensuring that Client's statutory records and registers are accurately maintained and up to date.
  • To maintain a relevant general knowledge of issues affecting the industry generally and changes in legislation including but not limited to, Mifid II and GDPR.

Requirements:

  • You MUST have experience within share plan administration
  • Working towards a Professional qualification, either legal, accounting or trust, together with evidence of PQE or additional qualifications (e.g. LLB, ACCA, STEP);
  • Or have a relevant degree, such as Law, Finance, Accounting etc.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively in all forms to clients and professional advisers
