Strategy Manager - Dublin - Ireland

Turbulence across all levels of markets both, Domestic, International, Macro and Micro alike over the past 4 plus years has seen a considerable shift in the Target operating Model of most firms.

As the sands continue to shift, a clearly defined and well executed Strategy is key to navigate current headwinds but also allow for the strategic positioning of the business to take advantage of growth opportunities in the coming quarters and years ahead.

With this in mind the role of the "Strategy Consultant" has become crucial in the success of small, medium and large firms.

Our client is seeking to retain the services of an exceptional "Strategy Manager" to work alongside them in delivering an extremely high level of "Strategic Consulting" to some of Irelands and Europe's leading brands.

The Fulcrum of the role…..

  • Working with Senior C Suite leaders to assist them developing and redesigning their organisational strategy:
  • Defining the organisation's purpose, outlining its strategic objectives, identifying key customer segments, planning to enter new geographies, building new go-to market approaches, mapping the capabilities required for success, and tracking performance.
  • Delivering commercial due diligence to support M&A transactions, on both the buy-side and the sell-side:
  • This requires comprehensive analysis to determine the attractiveness and viability of potential investments, to support the decision-making process.
  • Conducting business development activities to win projects with potential clients by outlining how our team would approach the challenges they are facing.
  • This includes both writing proposals and bids for how our services can support clients, as well as identifying potential opportunities with existing clients.
  • Developing a community within the team by building offerings and initiatives, writing thought leadership, getting involved in recruitment, supporting internal team activities, etc.

The successful candidate will come from a Strategy background, ideally in a Consulting environment with at least 4 years' experience. You will have gained a Level 9 masters Qualification and will demonstrate an excellence in Communication and Strategy thought process.

On offer is the opportunity to work with some of the leading Brands Europe wide and access to their C suite leadership focusing on complex strategic questions and working on and delivering solutions.
